The 3M™ Conductive Liners 2014 are simply larger sizes of the 2004 conductive bags. They do not hold static charge when grounded. They are commonly used for holding explosive chemicals that could be ignited by a static-caused spark, or dry chemicals that tend to cling to ordinary nonconductive static-laden plastics.

A common application in the electronic or chemical industries is as a waste container liner.
