The Weller WRS1002X DIGITAL SELF-CONTAINED DESOLDERING STATION Features 80 watts of power for faster heat up and better performance even on heavy ground planes and multi-layer boards. Higher power translates into less time spent on the PC board and less potential for damaging components. Temperature is adjustable from 150°F to 850°F using push-button control and digital display. Utilizes a self-contained internal rotary vane pump, which generates 20.7" Hg of vacuum pressure and airflow of 1 to 10 liters/min., eliminating the need for shop air. To avoid clogging, a vacuum delay feature on desoldering tool allows solder to reach solder collection chamber before vacuum is shut off. Solder trap filter is constructed of disposable cardboard to make cleanout quick and easy. Threadless DX Series desoldering tiplets will not seize to the heater after continual heat-up and cool-down cycles. Station operates on 120VAC and is ESD-safe. Comes with power unit, DXV80 desoldering handpiece with DX112 tiplet, and AKV80 handpiece holder with sponge.
