Q: What do I do if I have received a short shipment, or a damaged shipment?

A:  While we take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order, an error may occur.  On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit.  If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim within 5 business days of receipt.  If your shipment arrives with a shortage or an error, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to amend.  You may call us at 866-547-2470, or email us at support@ewdsolutions.com to report any problems.

Q: What is RoHS?

A:  The RoHS Directive stands for "the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment".  This directive will ban the new electrical and electronic equipment containing more than agreed levels of lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDE) flame retardants from being placed on the European Union market as of July 1, 2006.  EWD is fully committed to facilitating the reduction of environmental impact of products and totally supports the efforts of the European Union's RoHS Directive restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (2002/95/EC).
