Terms

We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa.  Net 30 days terms are extended to customers with approved credit.  To request terms, 3 trade credits and a bank reference will be required to gain net 30 days term.  Allow up to two weeks for processing.  Please email your request to accounting@ewdsolutions.com, or fax to 972-243-2130.  Thank you.

International Orders

Payment options for International customers:  1st time International order must be prepaid with a bank issued money order, or a certified check in US funds.  Credit card purchases on future international orders are accepted on a case by case basis.

Prices

While we are motivated to reduce and/or maintain prices, we cannot control when and to what degree our vendors increase prices.  We do work with our vendors to ensure pricing based on quantity and special programs benefits our customers.  We reserve the right to correct published pricing errors and to change prices without notice based on market conditions and/or vendor pricing changes.  Prices are in US dollars.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders. If you are exempt from sales tax, please provide a signed exemption certificate based on your shipping address location with your order. You may fax your certificate to (972) 243-2130.

Manufacturers Warranties and Limitation of Liability

All warranties are manufacturer warranties.  We will assist to ensure that manufacturer's warranties are made available to a customer.  However, no liability is accepted or assumed for damages resulting for the use of a product.  EWD is not responsible nor warrants any product for merchantability nor fitness for a particular purpose.  Warranties by manufacturers, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a purpose, are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.  There are no expressed warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose arising out of or in connection with the sale, manufacture, delivery or use of any product offerd.

Items Requiring Special Handling

Products that are regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) as hazardous materials may be subject to an additional surcharge per shipment of $30.00 per carton. Some items may require a minimum quantity ordered. All Hazardous Materials are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-RETURNABLE.

Typographical Errors, etc

While we attempt to provide the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our Website, the Website may occasionally contain incomplete data, typographical errors or other inaccuracies, or feature an item that is no longer available. Any errors are unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any affects your individual order. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time, including after an order has been submitted and confirmed.
