*Items that are currently not in stock will normally ship within 2 - 3 weeks from time of processing the order.

All shipments are F.O.B. origin/shipping point. Some items will be drop shipped F.O.B. from the manufacturer and are subject to their freight terms. We ship the most economical method, generally UPS and pre-pay and add shipping charges. In stock orders received by 2:30 P.M. CST we will ship same day.

Products considered hazardous for shipping will require special packaging, handling, and additional shipping charges. A $25 Hazardous Shipping fee will not be reflected in your Shopping Cart Total but will be reflected on your invoice. Hazardous Fee's are per package: 1-4 gallon containers = 1 package / 5 gallon container = 1 package.

We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be damaged or lost in transit; If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim within 5 business days of receipt. If your shipment arrives with a shortage or an error, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt to amend.
